City View Independent School District enrolled 1,152 students in the 2024-25 school year, a 1.5% decrease from 1,170 the previous year, according to the Texas Education Agency.

Among the student body, 50.8% were boys and 49.2% were girls.

The most represented ethnicity among the students in City View Independent School District was white, accounting for 39.9% of the student body.
