James Frank, a Republican member of the Texas State House representing the 69th district since 2013, recently shared a series of statements on social media addressing topics ranging from race relations among legislators to healthcare costs and political commentary.
On August 20, 2025, Frank posted: “It is my observation that House members that repeatedly accuse others of racism are in fact the most racist people I have ever met. They don’t seem capable of seeing people’s identity separate from their race. #txlege”.
Later the same day, Frank highlighted the issue of healthcare expenses and collaborative efforts in policy development. He wrote: “Now is the time to address excessive healthcare costs!! Working with Charles Miller and @Texas2036 would be a great place to have a front-row seat! #txlege https://t.co/sIlaVtiR5P”.
In another post on August 20, Frank commented on a political figure’s performance by stating: “Absolute fire by Katrina Pierson. #txlege https://t.co/Z5NcdGVB0s”.
Frank has served as state representative for Texas’ 69th House district since his election in 2013, succeeding Lanham Lyne.
