James Frank, a Republican who has represented Texas’s 69th House district since 2013, posted several remarks on social media addressing topics from healthcare pricing to NFL management.
On August 28, 2025, Frank shared his agreement with an unspecified post by stating, “Timely. And true. #txlege https://t.co/K4Iy9aCWMb”.
Later that day, he commented on the performance of Jerry Jones, owner and general manager of the Dallas Cowboys. Frank wrote on August 28, “Jerry Jones with further proof today that he was wrong when he said the Cowboys have the best GM in the NFL. @CortezPhilip”.
The following day, Frank addressed healthcare pricing issues in Texas. On August 29, he stated: “Truth. Price in healthcare is based almost exclusively on market strength – little correlation to quality. #txlege https://t.co/3FgYJoPVQj”.
Frank has served as state representative for Texas’s 69th House district since being elected in 2013 to succeed Lanham Lyne.
