James Frank, a Republican member of the Texas State House representing District 69 since 2013, recently posted several statements on his X (formerly Twitter) account addressing political rhetoric and public figures.
On September 30, 2025, Frank commented on the use of Nazi comparisons in political discourse. He wrote, “Calling your political opponents Nazis is incredibly dangerous rhetoric. Though she likely doesn’t understand the actual history of Nazis. #txlege https://t.co/yIeQ4n24zx”.
Two days later, on October 2, 2025, Frank posted a brief statement: “Truth. #txlege https://t.co/aViG4TF4Nj”.
On October 3, 2025, he referenced actress Jane Fonda in relation to American politics and former President Donald Trump’s supporters. Frank stated, “As if Jane Fonda actually knows anyone who voted for Trump. #txlege https://t.co/WivJqOY3AG”.
Frank has served as the representative for Texas’s 69th House district since succeeding Lanham Lyne in 2013.
