On Sunday, March 15, at 1 p.m., Natalee Gray, a former standout at Burkburnett High School, helped her current college team, the Lubbock Christian Chaparrals, secure a 4-2 win over the Midwestern State Mustangs in their NCAA Division II softball contest.
The matchup took place at Maner Park and marked the third meeting against the Mustangs this season. In their prior contest on Sunday, Feb. 15, the Chaparrals defeated the Mustangs 5-0.
Gray allowed two earned runs in five innings while tallying three walks and four strikeouts.
The Chaparrals’ next matchup is set for Sunday, March 15, at 3 p.m. at Maner Park against the Midwestern State Mustangs.
