Senator Brent Hagenbuch, who was elected in 2025 to represent Texas’ 30th Senate district, recently used his social media platform to highlight the contributions of Physician Assistants, the significance of the 4-H youth program, and a local college football game.
On October 9, 2025, Hagenbuch posted about National Physician Assistant Week: “This week we celebrate Physician Assistants & recognize their role in clinics, hospitals, rural health centers, & ER’s. These highly trained professionals treat millions of patients weekly & play a critical role in expanding access to care, especially in underserved communities.”
Later that same day, he acknowledged the work of the 4-H organization: “This week we recognize & celebrate @4H! This wonderful youth development program teaches young people hands-on skills & leadership focusing on their Head, Heart, Hands, and Health. Founded in 1902 in Ohio. The very first 4-H club in Texas was established in 1908 in @JacksboroTX!”
On October 11, Hagenbuch commented on a recent football game attended with his grandson: “It wasn’t the result we were hoping for, but the @MeanGreenFB team has nothing to be ashamed of. They are having a phenomenal season! I was grateful for the opportunity to attend the game with my grandson! The excitement in the sold-out stadium at @UNTsocial was incredible! #GMG”
Hagenbuch assumed office as a Republican member of the Texas State Senate following his election earlier this year. He represents District 30 after succeeding Drew Springer.
