City of Wichita Fall issued the following announcement on April 29
As of April 27th, in Wichita Falls, face coverings are not required to be worn. It is still strongly recommended though per the CDC, the Texas Department of State Health Services, Governor Abbott and the local Wichita Falls - Wichita County Public Health District.
Please be aware, a place of business can choose to require customers and employees to wear masks while in their establishment.
