CITY OF SAGINAW: City of Saginaw's ADA Transition Plan

City

City of Saginaw issued the following announcement on June 11

Per the American’s with Disabilities Act (ADA) Title II Regulations, a public entity must evaluate its current programs, services, and activities for accessibility. The City of Saginaw has begun its evaluation to identify elements in our programs, services, and activities that do not meet the requirements of the Regulations. As part of this evaluation, Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. will be conducting field evaluations of City of Saginaw-owned pedestrian facilities in the public rights-of-way. If you have questions or require additional information regarding this project, please do not hesitate to contact Dolph Johnson, Assistant City Manager at 817-230-0325 or djohnson@saginawtx.org.

The City of Saginaw is in the process of updating our ADA Transition Plan, and we want to know your ideas on where there are issues related to accessibility, safety, connectivity, and what types of accessibility improvements are needed in the City. Please help support this process by completing the brief public access survey and reviewing the online mapping tool at the links below:
