City of Saginaw issued the following announcement on July 10
Following many weeks of extensive consideration, the 2020 Saginaw Train & Grain Festival has been cancelled. The Festival Committee, in conjunction with the Saginaw City Council, has determined that cancellation of the festival is in everyone’s best interest. This was a disappointing decision to make but COVID-19 has created issues that make it very difficult for us to be able to ensure the health and safety of our attendees, staff, sponsors, volunteers, vendors, entertainers, etc. at the festival.
Later this year, plans will begin for next year’s Saginaw Train & Grain Festival. We look forward to seeing you in 2021 when the festival can be held in a safe and healthy environment.
