CITY OF WICHITA FALLS: Wichita Falls Public Transportation Division (FallsRide) will have to temporarily stop providing Saturday scheduled bus service.

City of Wichita Falls issued the following announcement on Dec. 10

Due to a shortage in both full-time and part-time bus drivers, the Wichita Falls Public Transportation Division (FallsRide) will have to temporarily stop providing Saturday

scheduled bus service. This change will begin Saturday, December 12, 2020, and last through Saturday, January 30, 2021. The reduction in service will impact all Saturday routes scheduled from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. All other Saturday routes, such as the Night Crawler, will remain in service. The City of Wichita Falls is actively recruiting more drivers and plans to resume normal service on Saturday, February 6, 2021.
