Bryson ISD Education: 252 students were enrolled in schools in 2021-22 school year

There were 252 students enrolled in Bryson ISD schools in the 2021-22 school year, 3.1% less than the previous year, according to the Texas Education Agency.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2021-22 school year, 56.3% of them were girls, and 43.7% were boys.

Data also shows that the majority of students were white, representing 84.9% of the Bryson ISD total enrollment.

Bryson ISD roughly covers schools within Jack County with its main office in Bryson.

The Texas education system is currently torn between public schools and taxpayer-funded private schools.

Critics argue that private schools use funds that should go to the public school system, while private school advocates claim they’re offering better education for more Texas students.
