How many students were enrolled in Quanah ISD schools in 2021-22 school year?

There were 498 students enrolled in Quanah ISD schools in the 2021-22 school year, 5.7% less than the previous year, according to the Texas Education Agency.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2021-22 school year, 52.8% of them were boys, and 47.2% were girls.

Data also shows that the majority of students were white, representing 55.4% of the Quanah ISD total enrollment.

Quanah ISD roughly covers schools within Hardeman County with its main office in Quanah.

Among the three schools in Quanah ISD, Reagan Elementary School recorded the highest enrollment of 216 students in the 2021-22 school year.

The Texas education system is currently torn between public schools and taxpayer-funded private schools.

Critics argue that private schools use funds that should go to the public school system, while private school advocates claim they’re offering better education for more Texas students.
