Census Bureau: 81.6% of people in Haskell County were old enough to vote in 2021

Of the 5,420 citizens living in Haskell County in 2021, 81.6% were old enough to vote, equating to 4,424 individuals, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained on Oct. 26.

Further breakdown reveals that of the voting-eligible population, 2,352 were male, constituting 53.2%, and 2,072 were female, making up 46.8%.

The percentage of citizens old enough to vote in Haskell County during 2021 was higher than the state average, which stands at 74.2%.
