Enrollment at City View ISD schools increased by 1.1% compared to previous school year

There were 1,133 students enrolled in City View ISD schools in the 2022-23 school year, 1.1% more than the previous year, according to the Texas Education Agency.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2022-23 school year, 51.6% of them were boys, and 48.4% were girls.

The most represented ethnicity among City View ISD students was white, accounting for 41.6% of the student population.

City View ISD roughly covers schools within Wichita County with its main office in Wichita Falls.

Among the three schools in City View ISD, City View Junior/Senior High School recorded the highest enrollment of 627 students in the 2022-23 school year.

Texas is found to be one of the least-educated states in the U.S. A study from WalletHub ranked Texas 41st out of 50 states in terms of the quality of the educational system and how successful students were.

More than 5.4 million students are enrolled in public schools across Texas. Nearly one million of them live in rural areas where options for local public schools are few and far between.
