On Saturday, February 10, former Coronado High School standout Carson Shields’ current college team, the Vernon Chaparrals, won 13-11 in their NJCAA game against the Redlands Cougars.

The game took place in El Reno, Oklahoma. This was their third matchup against the Redlands Cougars this season.
